Chipotle Salmon Burgers with Kickin' Campfire Sauce

Easy 30 minute dinner that's kid & adult friendly. Frozen salmon burgers stacked with veggies & smothered in a creamy, smoky, BBQ sauce.

- 4 Chipotle Salmon Burgers frozen
- 1 lg Tomato
- 1 med Red Onion
- 1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 4 Burger Buns
Kickin' Campfire Sauce
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c BBQ Sauce basic sauce, no extras
- 1 t Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 t Worcestershire
- 1/2 t Garlic Powder
- 1/2 t Chipotle Powder
Cook the Salmon Burgers according the the packaging.
While the burgers cook, slice the tomato & onion. Chop the lettuce. Set veggies aside.
Mix the sauce up: add all ingredients to a bowl & stir well. Taste & add more chipotle if you prefer.
Assemble burgers on the buns & enjoy!
- The burgers I used are from the frozen section at Aldi.
