Three Essential Sauces
A sauce flight to use on any and every thing! These sauces go well with burgers, ribs, fries, sandwiches, grilled veggies, tater tots, panini’s, and wraps.

Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 3 T Dijon
- 2 T Honey
- 2 t Lemon Juice
- 1 t Chili Powder
- 1/2 t Garlic Powder
- 1/8 t Smoked Paprika
- 1/8 t Cayenne Powder increase to your desired spice level (mix first, then taste)
Jamaican Jerk Mayo
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 T Water
- 1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 t Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Blend *see note
Kickin’ Campfire Sauce
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c BBQ Sauce original / plain
- 1 t Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 t Worcestershire
- 1/2 t Garlic Powder
- 1/2 t Chipotle Powder
For each sauce, place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
Store in an air-tight container, refrigerated, for up to 3-4 weeks.
- You can get a Jerk seasoning in the spice aisle or you can make some from pantry staples. The Jamaican Jerk seasoning blend I used came from another food blogger. Here’s a link to her original recipe. I only used 2/3 the cayenne it called for.
