This Meal Plan is focused on being simple, easy, & balanced. Breakfast is either an easy yogurt parfait or these simple 5 Ingredient Cheesy Ham & Egg Cup. Lunch takes 10 minutes or less, and every dinner is a One Pan Meal. Healthy meals without a lot of clean up. Lean proteins, plenty of veggies, & tons of flavor.
