This recipe is all about the sauce. I decided to make a Red Robin “Campfire” copycat to compliment these Chipotle Salmon Burgers from Aldi. But also wanted it to have a little more heat to go with the Chipotle in the burger.
All I can say is: nothing. Because I’m too busy stuffing my face.
The Kickin’ Campfire Sauce is just good. Really good. It goes with just about any and everything. Regular beef burgers, salmon burgers, wraps, chicken sandwiches, and it is – by far – my favorite dipping sauce for any kind of fried potato.
I just can’t get enough of it!
These burgers really “Wow!” and yet they’re one of the quickest & easiest recipe on the blog. Buying pre-made Chipotle Salmon Burgers cuts down on the prep time significantly. And you can cook the patties however you prefer: oven, grill, skillet, or air-fryer. While the patties cook, you have plenty of time to slice the veggies & mix up the sauce.
These burgers are perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or an easy way to impress some guests. Pair them with some fries & a salad for a delicious & balanced meal.
If you try this recipe, I’d love to hear all about it! Please leave a comment and review below. Did you like it? Love it? Hate it? Did you substitute anything? Did you double the chipotle powder? I want to hear it all.
