This sauce flight been deemed “essential” for your quarantine cooking. They can be used on SO many different things! Burgers, ribs, grilled chicken, grilled veggies, fries, tater tots, baked potatoes … really any kind of potato. They are delicious on sandwiches, wraps, & paninis too.

First up: Honey Mustard. Sweet, tangy, & creamy. Starts with a pretty traditional base of mayo, dijon, & honey, then added some extra spices for more warmth & depth.
This is the “mild” sauce of the trio, but it doesn’t have to be. You can increase the cayenne until you get the right heat level for your tastes.

Next up is one that I’m excited to debut because it’s something I’ve never seen anywhere else …
Jamaican Jerk Mayo.
Similar in composition to Chipotle Mayo. But it is surprisingly complex!
There’s some sweetness from the brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg. There’s also some herby-earthiness with the thyme & parsley. Then there’s a kick from the cayenne & red pepper flakes. And that’s only half of what goes into the Jamaican Jerk blend.
The Jamaican Jerk recipe comes from another food blogger I love following : Jo from JoCooks.com. I used her spice blend recipe but cut the cayenne down by about half. Here’s a link to her original recipe.

For the grand finale – my personal favorite: Kickin’ Campfire. If you’ve been to Red Robin, chances are you’ve tried their “Campfire” sauce. It’s a smoky, creamy sauce that I just can’t get enough of! I had to make my own version at home.
My version though, has a bit of a kick to it, hence the name. It’s almost a Red Robin copycat, but with a healthy dose of Chipotle powder. Of course, you can always use less or leave out the chipotle if you prefer.

You can easily make just one sauce by itself, or if you’re a “sauce boss” – you need to make all three!
If you like these sauces, you should definitely check out these Ham, Swiss, & Apple Sliders with Chipotle Mayo. The Chipotle Mayo is so easy & only takes a couple minutes to make. It’s another great staple sauce with or without the sliders.
If you make one or all, I’d love to hear from you! Please leave a comment below or tag This & That on Instagram or Facebook. I love hearing your feedback & seeing your creations!
